Follow the following steps to jailbreak 5.0.1 untethered iPhone 4S / iPad 2......

Note : Before jailbreaking, make sure you backup your iPhone using iTunes to preserve your data in the event of a problem.
 Step 1: Download Absinthe software to unlock Iphone and iPad and run it

• Absinthe software for MAC 
• Absinthe software for Windows
• Absinthe softwrae for Linux

If you’re using Windows Vista or Windows 7 then you should right-click the absinthe.exe application and select Run as administrator.
          If your computer asks whether or not to run Absinthe click Allow to proceed.

Step 2: Remove your security passcode before you Jailbreak - you can reset it once your iPhone 4S or iPad 2 is Jailbroken.

Step 3: Now connect your iPhone 4S or iPad 2 to the computer via USB cable.

Step 4: After connected Iphone 4s & iPad 2 to the computer, leave your device plugged in and do not touch it until you see the “Almost done” message in Absinthe window.

Step 5: Now open the Absinthe application in your computer with your device (Iphone 4s & iPad 2) still plugged in. If you get a Database error, then continue to step 5 otherwise let it finish and you’re done.

Step 6: Open the Settings app, toggle on the new “VPN” option and let it finish - it’s extremely important that your device remains plugged in.

Congratulations!!! You have successfully jailbreak iPhone 4S / iPad 2..

Increase Web browsing(Win XP)

Iv'e personally found a dramatic increase in web browsing after clearing the Windows XP DNS cache.
To clear it type the following in a command prompt (Ctrl+R): ipconfig /flushdns.

ALLOW MORE THAN 2 SIMULTANEOUS DOWNLOADS ON IE.
This is to increase the the number of max downloads to 10.
1. Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
2. Locate the following key in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
3. On the Edit menu, click Add Value , and then add the following registry values:
"MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=Dword:0000000a"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=Dword:0000000a
4. Quit Registry Editor.

Host A Web Server on Your Home PC right now

If you want to make small site of your own and don’t want to pay for hosting prices, this article and exactly tell you how to do it.I had always wondered if I can host my blog or a small site on my laptop but looking at traffic and security I can’t.But if you want to make a website for friends and family this can be a good solution for you . Its a free software so you dont have to pay any money for this. A friend was going through some magazine ( I am not sure which one ) and he told me about a software that really can help you hosting a web site on your own pc. I gave it a try and found that it’s really good.

Below are the steps and small analysis of my experience with this software in just 6 steps. I tested it in Windows XP, but for Vista and Windows 7 you need to check.

Step 1: Download and Run The Software

Download the HFS or Http file server.It is free and open source and above all that it’s a standalone executable that requires no installation.When you run HFS you might be asked whether or not allow hfs.exe to connect to Internet.Unblock it.But if you have 3rd party firewall you will have to configure it accordingly.

Step 2: Configure the port

By default HFS uses port 80.if you your firewall is blocking port 80, set HFS to some other port( for example to 8025 or which ever is free, as a precaution keep it above 1024 which is used my operating system itself.)

To change the port number, click on Port Number menu and enter a new one.Also, if you are behind a router or firewall, you may in some rare cases, need to set up port forwarding. For all the help required for visit portfrward

Port-forward can help you out to set up port forwarding.There you can choose the router type and choose a program you want to set up port forwarding for, which is in our case is HFS.

Step 3: Test HFSNow you need to test your settings before you start.Click the menu in HFS and choose self test.If the test completes successfully, your settings are correct and you are ready for next step, To point your web browser to your ip address.

Step 4: Register A domain

For setting up a web site, you need to first assign it a domain name.Domain name are  another name for a computer ip address. For this, you will need to a DNS service running on your computer which can be mapped to particular ip address.

Create a Create a new user at No-IP account.Login to the site with the account you created.On the left-sidebar click on “Hosts/Redirects”

Click on Add.In the page that opens enter domain name of your choice e.g “myfamilypics” and It will create a sub-domain on its own server that will work on your ip.

Your IP is recorded when you add the domain name.If you ISP is blocking port 80, you can choose a redirect given under same page.Click on “Create host” and you are ready to roll.Access the same from your own browser.You can add your file In HFS and access the same.Trust me I have done it and it works.But i cant give the link of my url ( as it is hosted on my computer) here keeping in mind the security issues which I am not aware of. SO you also should share it among your friends.

Step 5. Install The dynamic update Client

Skip this step if yo have a static ip but ff you don’t, you will need a client software to take care of your changing ip address.Download the No-Ip.com Dynamic DNS update client software.Install it and provide your login details.This program will sit in the system tray and automatically update your NoIp account when your external ip changes.

Step 6: Launch Your Website

You can now decide what page will appear when someone accesses your site, like the default page. To change the default page,Open HFS and click on “You are in Easy Mode ” to turn it to advance mode.Right click on little house icon on VFS and click on “Bind Root to Real Folder”.Now you can add files and folder here which you want to make available in your website.Next is when your site is ready send the address which you created in NO-IP or step 4 to all your friends.You can even see what others are viewing in advanced mode of hfs

This helped me a lot to understand how things work  for example when my blog is hosted and how do my hosting service works.This was a Small example on low scale basis for you to try and for people who want to run there host on their own system.Do tell me your experience when you try it.I will be glad.

How To Remove Recycler & System Volume Information Folder From Computer

Steps To Remove viruses In Recycler Folder

Follow the following steps to remove Recycler & System Volume Information folder from computer

Step 1: Reboot your system and press F8 key to enter in safe mode;

Step 2: Open Task Manager and close the RECYCLER.exe process.

Step 3: Delete the autorun.inf and other suspicious exe files in the recycler folder

Step 4: Open registry editor and modify the NoDriveTypeAutoRun key with 03ffffff in following 
key: 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE

Step 5: Using the antivirus product to scan again.

Note: In case you modify a registry entry wrongly, that may cause damage to the system.

How to Unlock an iPhone 5/ 4S/4 with AT&T

• iPhone not in contract with AT&T, either having completed a contract or purchased without contract
• AT&T account in good standing
• iPhone IMEI number

If you meet those requirements which I mentioned above, proceed: Unlock an iPhone Out of Contract with AT&T

• First locate the iPhone IMEI(International Mobile Equipment Identity) number and make a note of it:
1. Goto Tap Settings then tap General
2. Now Tap “About” and scroll down to find “IMEI”
• Call AT&T either by dialing 611 from your iPhone, or call 1-800-331-0500 and then dial 0010 to immediately speak to a AT&T representative and skip the hold time (International users dial this number: 1-800-335-4685)
• Now request your iPhone to be unlocked, provide the IMEI number of the device to  representative , and then wait for the instructions to be emailed to you.

AT&T will initiate a request to unlock your iPhone and after that you have to restore your iPhone through iTunes software to complete the device unlock. After device unlocked, a micro-SIM from any networks like T-Mobile will now work in the iPhone. 

The time it takes to receive the unlock instructions on your email seem to vary widely, with requests being made earlier in the day (like morning)  being fulfilled sometimes within an hour, while later requests given up to two weeks wait time sometimes.
